Circuits

The whole middle syndicate did circuits to get fit for cross country and not stop when we are running. I liked that we got teamed up and i didn't like the hard activities. They made my foot hurt.
My goal is to keeping on trying and not stopping to rest.

Sugary drinks



We have learnt lots about Sugar drinks.



Sugary drinks are bad for you because they have lots of sugar. If you have too much it will destroy them. Coke has caffeine in it an dit is bad for you becasue it will make your heart stop IF you have too much.



Juice drinks have too much sugar.



Water is good for you! Flavoured water is not healthy. it have sugar in it.
